How to Enable or Disable 'Task Manager'?
- Click Start button and type "regedit" in Run option then press Enter.
- Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System.
- On the right window of registry editor, right click on empty space and make 'New-DwordValue' and give the value name "DisableTaskMgr".
- Right-click the new key you've made and select Modify.
- To make Task Manager Enable give the value '0' and to make Task Manager Disable give the value '1' then click on OK.
